For the development of faculty members, the Institute encourages and provide necessary facilities for pursuing advanced studies and conducting research. For the newly recruited faculty, the Institute provides a minimum of two weeks induction training in a recognized organization. Besides, for the existing faculty, one-week refresher training is organized every year. Adequate training is also given to the new as well as existing lab staff.
